Tennis Court	Rules Within the beautiful natural setting of Deer Creek, Homeowners are able to enjoy four competitive, lighted tennis courts. Deer Creek tennis courts are not subject to reservations. Usage is on a first-come first-serve basis.
Fitness Center	Rules Deer Creek residents enjoy 24 hour access to a state of the art fitness center.
Clubhouse	Rules Rental Information Reservation Form Deer Creek residents enjoy a beautiful clubhouse which is used for community events and also is available for rent to Deer Creek residents.
Lakes	Rules Deer Creek boasts more than 50 acres of greenspace and lakes for residents to enjoy.
Playground	Rules Deer Creek families can enjoy the fully gated playground with many play options. The playground area is surrounded by benches and picnic tables and is a great place for birthday parties and family picnics. The Deer Creek Playground is for use by Deer Creek Residents and their Guests. The playground closes at Sunset and all children must be supervised by an adult while using the playground. Pets are not allowed inside the gates.
Walking Trail / Excercise Stations	Rules Deer Creek residents enjoy a 2-mile walking trail and fitness stations along Deer Creek Boulevard. Residents can unwind with a leisurely stroll through the wooded grounds. Have a picnic by the lake. Or seek out a shade tree and curl up with a good book. The two mile walking trail and four fitness stations along Deer Creek Boulevard allow residents to stay in shape while enjoying the beauty of the community.
Pool / Splash Park	Rules Deer Creek offers its residents a beautiful Olympic-size pool, an interactive water Splash Park, a zero-entry wading pool, a covered veranda, bath house, covered pavilion and large sundeck.

Swim Lessons at Deer Creek

Deer Creek will offer two sessions of Swim Lessons at the Deer Creek Pool. Each session will last for two weeks with the first session beginning on Monday, June 7th.

Session 1:
June 7th - June 10th
June 10th - June 17th
Time: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Session 2:
June 1st - June 24th
June 28th - July 1st
Time: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
