Development Representative Responsibilities
SUMMARY
Provide administrative support. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project based work.
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Meet and greet residents and visitors.
b) Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
c) Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
d) Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing,
and filing.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
GREET / WELCOME VISITORS
a) Greet prospect homebuyers in the Information Center where they are asked to view the
site map and fill out a short registration form. Distribute a brochure with various
marketing and Homeowners’ Association information. Take prospects on a tour of the
Amenity Center.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication
skills.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn software applications.
3. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.
4. Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
